If you or a loved one is being discharged from the hospital, simply let the healthcare team know that Whitfield Drugs will be managing your discharge medications. With your permission, we will coordinate with hospital staff to obtain the necessary medication information and ensure your prescriptions are prepared before you leave the hospital.

For added convenience, we can arrange to have your medications delivered directly to your bedside prior to discharge whenever possible, at no additional charge.
